Join SC Johnson’s Global Supply Chain Finance team as a key business partner supporting the financial performance of our Rosslyn manufacturing site. In this role, you will drive cost efficiency, support investment decisions, and ensure strong financial controls, while working closely with plant leadership and regional teams to deliver operational and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
Lead financial performance management for the manufacturing site, including cost control, variance analysis, and productivity tracking.
Partner with operations teams to monitor KPIs (e.g., OEE, yield, efficiency) and drive cost-saving initiatives.
Own budgeting and forecasting processes, providing clear insights on risks and opportunities.
Support CAPEX planning through business case development and ROI analysis.
Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with financial and audit requirements.
Required Qualifications
Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
5–7 years of experience in finance, preferably within manufacturing or supply chain.
