B-BBEE Solutions Consultant at Gcubed Boutique Recruitment

An established consulting business offering software solutions aimed at assisting countless clients at achieving their B-BBEE success seeks a determined and self-managed Solutions Consultant to join their team and help clients manage any instance of their transformation journey.

You will be responsible for:

• Training of new and existing clients on the use of the companys B-BBEE Software Solutions
• Managing the implementation of Software Solutions within new client organisations
• Management of the relationship with clients, including on-site visits where necessary
• Conducting quarterly reviews of clients’ B-BBEE scorecards, reviewing and correcting their data and use of the system, and giving necessary training and advice on the improvement of their B- BBEE compliance
• Providing telephonic, e-mail and on-site support to clients
• Solutions and B-BBEE theory
• Maintaining and enhancing the content of the support website
• Developing and maintaining relationships with alliance partners, and actively promoting the on-selling of Software Solutions to respective client-bases
• Timeous completion of any task reasonably assigned by management

Requirements:

• GRelevant degree
• Excellent understanding of B-BBEE and Verification
• Ability to be self-managed and work autonomously
• Own transport and valid drivers license
