Managed People Solutions is looking to hire a Vibrant, outgoing and energetic Barman for a very well-known restaurant based in Cape Town, Western Cape.
Responsibilities
Mix traditional and creative cocktails
Preparation of other alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks
Daily preparation of garnish to be served with cocktails and drinks.
Daily stock and freshness checks (making sure that old stock is sold before expiry date)
Daily counting of stock and checking of variances (if applicable)
Clean glasses and bar utensils
Make drinks per order in accordance with the recipe.
Have an extreme understanding of the cocktail menu as well mas the recipes per drink
Requirements
Grade 12 Minimum
Minimum 2 years previous experience at an upper tier establishment
Knowledge of cocktails and drinks would be beneficial.
