You’ll be at the heart of our outbound sales operations, designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programmes that drive peak performance. Your goal is to equip our BDR Sales Team with the knowledge, skills, tools, and resources they need to exceed targets and thrive.
You will relish the challenge of training sales teams across different skill levels and pushing everyone to be the best version of themselves. You love creating impact, seeing teams grow, and driving measurable results.
Design and deliver engaging, results-driven sales training programmes for the BDR team, including onboarding and ongoing development, ensuring the team is confident in Safeguard Global's products, services, tools, and strategies.
Lead the new hire onboarding experience, creating and updating training content, scheduling sessions, and tracking skill certification completion in partnership with leadership.
Develop and maintain training materials, playbooks, and SOPs for Safeguard’s sales processes, tools, and product offerings.
Train sales teams on selling and enablement platforms such as Salesloft, Salesforce, and Seismic to boost efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to deliver impactful training on new products and service offerings.
Drive the full adoption of sales enablement tools, ensuring teams leverage technology to its maximum potential.
Continuously enhance onboarding programmes and sales bootcamps, ensuring new hires ramp up quickly and effectively.
Conduct call reviews to identify skill and knowledge gaps, providing actionable recommendations to leadership to improve prospecting, opportunity creation, and conversion rates.
Provide one-on-one coaching to BDRs, focusing on skill development, outreach strategies, communication, and opportunity creation.
What will make you stand out:
Experience in Sales Enablement, Training, or a quota-carrying Sales role, working directly with high-performing sales teams.
Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Value Selling, with a proven track record of driving results.
A self-starter with a passion for learning and development, always looking for ways to help teams excel.
A collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments and enjoys achieving goals together.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging training materials that make complex concepts easy to understand.
Highly organised and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities seamlessly.
Hands-on experience with Sales Tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, and Seismic, or similar platforms.
Comfortable with digital tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) to support training, reporting, and documentation.
