• You will play a key role in driving sales, promoting products, and helping customers find the right solutions to meet their individual beauty and wellness needs.

What you'll do    

Customer Service & Sales

• Deliver exceptional customer service by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable beauty and skincare products.
• Conduct product demonstrations and beauty consultations.
• Promote, cross-sell, and upsell beauty products to achieve sales targets.
• Stay updated on beauty trends, promotions, and product launches.

Merchandising & Stock Control

• Ensure products are merchandised according to company standards.
• Maintain stock levels and replenish shelves as required.
• Assist with shrinkage prevention and stock management processes.
• Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained within the department.

Administration & Operations

• Process customer transactions accurately at the till point.
• Handle customer queries and escalate concerns where necessary.
• Support promotional events and in-store activities.
• Assist with general departmental duties as required (excluding dispensary activities).

What you bring    Grade 12 (Matric).

• Professional certification in Beauty Therapy, Makeup Artistry, Cosmetology or a related field.
• Experience working in a beauty, skincare or cosmetics retail environment.
• At least 5 months' POS / till-point experience within a retail environment.
• Sound product knowledge of beauty and skincare products.
• Excellent customer service and selling skills.
