Biz Dev Ops Engineer I at Nedbank

As a graduate, your role will to be to assist in the development of strategic solutions and blueprints to solve stated business challenges with the BizDevOps team. You will also assist business customers with the delivery of their applications by building automated pipelines to allow them to be first to market with their ideas. In doing so, you will also support the technology being used by these teams to ensure that these teams reach their goals.

Job Responsibilities

•  Collaborate within functional areas and across teams to create Software Deployment Pipelines
•  To support the Build-out, and administration of full life-cycle of selected BizDevOps technologies under the guidance of a DevOps Lead
•  To support the maintenance of the created Deployment pipelines where applicable
•  Foster innovation within the BizDevOps team to assist the team to continuously improve
•  Seek opportunities to improve business processes, models and systems though agile thinking

Essential Qualifications - NQF Level

•       Bachelor’ Degree: Maths, Engineering, Computer Science, IT and related
•       Honours Degree: Advantageous

Minimum Experience Level

•       0-1 years’ Working experience
•       Must have solved a real life IT related problem at University level (e.g. Web Development, Windows Services Development, Mobile Development, Application Development, Back-end Development, Cloud Computing)
