Minimum Requirements    

• Diploma or Advanced Certificate in bookkeeping, finance, or a related field.
• Experience in the automotive industry Essential
• Proficiency in industry-specific accounting software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Processing of accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform regular reconciliations of financial accounts, including bank accounts, to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Prepare necessary documentation and assist with financial audits conducted by external auditors.
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely payments and negotiating favorable terms when possible.
• Ensure compliance with industry-specific accounting standards and regulations.
• Stay updated on tax laws and regulations specific to the automotive industry, and ensure compliance with tax requirements.
• Manage fixed-asset register
• Manage flooplan payments
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive financial information.
