Preventive and Corrective Maintenance to ATNS Buildings, sites and related infrastructure: Supervise or perform, if minor action required, routine preventive and corrective maintenance on ATNS buildings (Local and Remote sites) and related infrastructure in accordance with station instructions, supplier’s recommendations the Occupational Health and Safety Act and ATNS’s OH& SP. These activities include carrying out and/or managing maintenance to all buildings.
Contract Management: Engineering Technician Assistance in Building and Site Maintenance. ATNS subcontractors, Garden, cleaning, fire extinguisher, security, pest control, painters, electricians, plumbers.
Transport: Comply with ATNS transport procedures. Supervise ATNS Vehicles in respect of logbooks, licenses, permits record sheets and service schedules.
Safety: Ensure compliance with the occupational Health and Safety Act and ATNS’s OH&S plan. Ensure compliance with ISO9001 procedures.
Maintenance Support: Draft useful, informative and concise reports on building systems and equipment as requested and proactively when the need arises. Assist with new or upgrading building projects. Certification of Equipment. Compliance with Airport Regulations
Minimum Formal Qualifications:
Grade 12
Minimum Years of Experience:
Three years’ experience in corporate environment or 2 years’ experience post admission.
