RPO Recruitment’s client, a well-established building contractor in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Site Agent to manage and oversee building projects from start to finish.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record in building construction, excellent site management skills, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
Requirements:
National Diploma in Building/BTech degree in Construction Management or similar
5–10 years’ experience managing building projects on site
Strong knowledge of construction practices, site management, and project workflows
Proven ability to manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams effectively
Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
Sound understanding of health and safety regulations and building legislation
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
