Requirements:
National Diploma in Building/BTech in Construction Management or similar
3–5 years’ experience on building projects
Knowledge of construction methods, site supervision, and project workflows
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
