    Business Analyst: Compliance Training Analyst

    Job Summary

    • To provide advice and support in the development and implementation of area of specialisation planning and associated service delivery processes, methods and techniques; enabling the provision of sound learning and development services.
    • Analysing and understanding data to influence compliance training.
    • Analysing and assessing the results of compliance training to measure effectiveness and use this as an input into the compliance risk management training programme.

    Job Description

    Analytics; Measurement  and Reporting

    Learning Metrics and Data

    • Work with Instructional Designers, SME/Policy Custodians and Owners, to embed measurement tools and methods in the learning experience design to ensure that performance improvements can be tracked and presented back to business. 
    • Use the data to enhance current and future offerings.

    Learning Analytics

    • Research and gather global data and statistics to understand the learner environment for all learning experience solutions.
    • Support insights and guidance on the selection of appropriate formal, social and workplace experience environments for learning to inform the best design for various target audiences.

    Learning Impact Reporting

    • Support the update of existing learning solutions based on regular reviews reports from Learning Partners, SME/Policy custodian to ensure consistent learning solution alignment and relevance.
    • Assist in interpreting the results from all data analysed and contribute to the implementation of enhancements to existing learning assets.
    • Promote the use of interactive online solutions and services that provide learners with the information, tools and resources to support and enhance their learning experience.
    • Link the effectiveness of the training to related risk management information (such as internal and external risk events and losses)
    • Analyse the recorded DWBs to determine the need to adjust training for both policy and regulatory requirements.

    Education

    • Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Education, Training and Development (Required)
