Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Taking responsibility for investigative work to determine business requirements and specify effective business processes, practices, procedures, and needs of client specific reporting.
• Applying and monitoring the use of modelling and analysis tools, methods and standards, giving special consideration to business and client perspectives
• Collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to report client data effectively.
• Analyzing business processes, identifying alternative solutions, and recommending new approaches.
• Gathering client requirements and contributing to cross-functional plans/projects.
• Building long-term strategic relationships with senior stakeholders in client organizations, acting as a single point of contact and facilitating access to colleagues and subject experts.
• Maintaining a strong understanding of the clients' industry and business.

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills, knowledge, and experience:

• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Office complete package.
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Experience of Excel at macro level.
• Basic programing experience advantageous.
• Familiarity with business, process, and system analysis, as well as project management methodologies.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a project team.
• Basic experience with project leadership and management, or a strong background in a functional business area such as human resources, finance, accounting, marketing/sales, or clinical studies.
• Familiarity with program and project management tools and methodologies.
• Highly motivated with a self-starting attitude, capable of seeing the big picture while also paying attention to process, detailed tracking, and follow-through.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to take a structured approach to varied work assignments.
• Proven track record of working effectively as an individual contributor, team member, team lead, or manager within a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.
• Strong team player that is dedicated to making culturally diverse geographically distributed teams successful.
• Fluent English both verbal and written
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate ideas concisely and effectively to all levels of management.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills, including the ability to quickly learn and understand technologies and absorb business problems to make recommendations that fit business needs.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree.
• Master's degree, post-graduation, or equivalent desired.
