The Role

• As a Business Analyst, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that system changes, improvements, and integrations are clearly understood and successfully delivered.
• You will play a key role in analysing business processes, translating technical concepts into practical insights, and supporting decision-making through clear documentation and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and map business and IT processes to identify improvement opportunities
• Document requirements and ensure solutions align with organisational goals
• Facilitate collaboration between business teams, IT, and external vendors
• Present complex information in a clear and business-focused manner
• Support system integration and process optimisation initiatives
• Translate technical architecture into practical insights for business stakeholders
• Ensure documentation and process frameworks remain up to date

What They’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• 3-5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in a complex or retail environment
• Experience with business process modelling (BPMN) and systems integration projects
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to translate technical information into clear business insights
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and process-mapping tools such as Visio
