Key Responsibilities:

• Identify gaps and opportunities to streamline operations and increase efficiency. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.
• Create functional and technical documentation for project teams. 
• Supports the Digital Transformation team in delivering technology driven business solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Infromation Systems, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Project Management Institute Professional in Business Analysis). 
• At least 3 -5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience working with business process modelling, system design, and workflow analysis tools.
• Membership in a recognized professional body such as IIBA (International Institue of Business Analysis).
