    What we do

    • Aurik works with established business owners to get to the next level of growth and value by building an Asset of Value. We do this by solving business problems that stall, slow or impede growth. We do this for business owners operating alone, in partnerships in families and who generate annual turnovers between R8-R150 million.
    • An Asset of Value is a business that is well positioned and has a clear, cogent strategy to win in a competitive market; has steady sales and well-organised operations; a good, coordinated team, which collectively release time for the business owner to focus on growth. It is a business that is bankable, fundable and most importantly, salable.
    • We are a busy, action oriented business that is growing fast and constantly changing. We are not a corporate organisation and your industrious capability will matter. There are no departments to outsource work to. Getting the job done is what gets measured and applauded. Trying is not our motto. Making it happen is! Getting better at what you do, is our reward. Again, we measure this not in talk, but in action and results.


    To emphasise this point, we are not looking for a desk-sitter. Rather, we want dealmakers, collaborators, people who have boundless energy and drive to source the right deals and close them too.

    The Position

    • You would source potential clients as well as be given a portfolio of such clients. You would engage with them to best understand their business growth challenges. In circumstances that Aurik can support their needs and aspirations, you would respond by offering a customised growth plan of action that solves problems to grow the business; something that Aurik has become known for. If the fit is good between what the business owner wants and what Aurik offers, you would close the deal and build your portfolio of business.

    Remuneration

    • A market related basic salary is offered with performance annuity incentives. Aurik is a results-driven and reward organisation. This is a position that will see your diligence, time and results compound your earnings over time.
