    Business Development Executive

    Requirements

    Key Performance Areas.  

    • Sales strategy and development of new and repeat business
    •  Achieves regional sales targets, optimal sales mix at agreed mark-ups
    •  Customer / Stakeholder Management
    •  Leadership and People Management

    Academic Qualification

    • Tertiary Degree - Building Environment, Preferable QS

    Years & type of experience

    • 10 Plus Years - construction related

    Key Relationships

    • Regional and Group Management
    • Industry associations such as SAPOA, SACSC, WC Property Development Forum, MBA, ASAQS, SAOGA
