Business Development Manager - Ekurhuleni (East Rand) at Unique Personnel

Job Description    

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth.
• Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities within the electrical construction, EPC, and engineering sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve company objectives.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Provide regular reports and insights on business development performance.

Inherent Requirements    

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in business development, preferably within the electrical industry (Construction, EPC & Engineering).
• Strong industry network and ability to leverage connections for business growth.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.
• Willingness to travel nationally as required in the future.
