    Business Development Manager - French Speaking Africa

    • The Business Development Manager – French Speaking Africa will be responsible for the sales targets for the French Speaking region through direct sales and distributor management. Supporting the brand strategy and ensure that the brand message is integrated into the sales. You will be responsible for effectively managing the business and sales pipeline and developing a strategy for the long term sustained success of the French Speaking Region. Your goal is to guarantee that the company retains existing customers and expands its client base to meet monthly targets. Your objective is to increase company growth in the French Speaking African region.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the French Speaking African countries commercial activities to achieve sales targets
    • Expanding the distributor network by identifying new distributors and partners in the region
    • Providing support and training of Distributors on Arjo portfolio
    • Promote the company's existing brands/services and introducing new products to the market.
    • Achieve the Sales target for the region
    • Manage key strategic projects which have a significant influence on the core business objectives.

    Qualification (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

    • 5 years working experience with distributors in the French speaking African countries, especially Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Ivory Coast, Senegal & Cameroon
    • Relevant Business tertiary qualification
    • Healthcare / Medical device experience is essential;
    • Distributor Management Experience;
    • High level of responsibility and accountability needed in terms of achieving sales targets;
    • Travelling frequently in the French Speaking African countries (60%)
    • Language: Proficient in French and English
