The Business Development Manager will drive acquisition and growth of online merchants by onboarding e-commerce businesses, marketplaces, and digital platforms to the company’s payment solutions.
Drive merchant acquisition to meet revenue and transaction volume targets.
Build and manage strong relationships with key merchant partners.
Negotiate commercial terms and close partnership agreements.
Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to support seamless merchant integration.
Monitor merchant performance, retention, and upsell opportunities.
Track pipeline activity and provide regular performance reports. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
4–6 years’ experience in fintech, payments, or e-commerce business development.
Strong understanding of online payments, payment gateways, APIs, and merchant acquiring. Proven track record in merchant acquisition and revenue growth.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
