We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to drive revenue growth within our Human Resources and Recruitment Consultancy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and managing a strong sales pipeline, and consistently achieving monthly sales targets.
This position is based in East London
Experience within a Human Resources, Recruitment, Placement, or Training environment will be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies
Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline
Identify and secure new business opportunities and clients
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposals
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Collaborate with internal recruitment and HR teams to deliver tailored solutions
Track sales performance and provide regular reporting to management
Requirements
Proven experience in a senior business development or sales role
Demonstrated ability to develop sales strategies and manage a sales pipeline
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Experience within a Human Resources, recruitment, placement, or training environment (advantageous)
Solid understanding of HR and recruitment services (advantageous)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strong planning, organisational, and reporting skills
Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle (essential)
