    Business Development & Technical Consultant | Managed People Solutions | KwaZulu Natal

    Responsibilities

    • Manage purchase analysis segmentation product and service analysis.
    • Improve and maintain standard of service.
    • Build market position by defining and closing business relationships with new customers.
    • Help with implementing suggested plans and strategies.
    • Create and present sales strategies.
    • Follow up regular meeting with both active and prospective clients.
    • Initiate plans for customer companies to achieve profits and reduce losses.
    • Drive message of quality, value, and environmentally friendly products.
    • Enhance own product knowledge to demonstrate products to customers.
    • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
    • Develop your own customer database.
    • Develop and implement a growth strategy that focuses on specific market segments.
    • Complete reports and site surveys in order to provide focused solutions to customer.
    • Negotiating sales and clinching business deals.
    • Initiate Invoicing & Payment.
    • Conduct handing over of new contracts to operations.
    • Manage and process quotes for all customers.

    Qualifications and experience

    • Basic literacy and numeracy
    • Grade 12/ University entrance.
    • 3-year degree/ diploma
    • 3-5 Previous Experience in Sales
    • 3-5 years General business exposure
