Requirements and Experience

• Diploma/Degree leading to a qualification as a Registered Nurse/Clinical Technologist:
• Independent Practice
• Business qualifications or equivalent would be preferred
• Building a successful team
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in renal unit management
• Must be computer literate
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle
• Must be able to travel

Key Performance Areas

• The complete implementation of all operational initiatives as per the NRC strategy.
• Improvement of the financial performance of the area under your management i.e. business growth and resource management
• Maintenance and the improvement of all stakeholder relationships in the in area under management.
• Submission and utilisation of standard monthly business intelligence reports as per the business requirements.
• Implementation and maintenance of all business policies and procedures (Including Risk
• Management) in all units under manager i.e. HR P&P’s, Payroll P&P’s, Financial P&P’s,
• OHS P&P’s, Procurement P&P’s etc.
• Implementation and maintenance of all Staff Care initiatives in the units under management i.e. HR P&P’s and Initiatives, Succession Planning
• Coaching of UL, Reward and Recognition, UL evaluation and PDP, Performance Management etc.
• Demonstrate the National Renal Care Values and Caring the NRC Way.
