KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

• The complete implementation of all operational initiatives as per the NRC strategy.
• Improvement of the financial performance of the area under your management i.e. business growth and resource management
• Maintenance and the improvement of all stakeholder relationships in the in area under management.
• Submission and utilisation of standard monthly business intelligence reports as per the business requirements.
• Implementation and maintenance of all business policies and procedures (Including Risk Management) in all units under manager i.e. HR P&P’s, Payroll P&P’s, Financial P&P’s,OHS P&P’s, Procurement P&P’s etc.
• Implementation and maintenance of all Staff Care initiatives in the units under management i.e. HR P&P’s and Initiatives, Succession Planning
• Coaching of UL, Reward and Recognition, UL evaluation and PDP, Performance Management etc.

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Registration with the South African Nursing Council as a Registered Nurse/ Midwife or Registration with HPCSA as a Clinical Technologist (Independent Practice).
• Relevant qualification in marketing or business would be an added advantage.
• A minimum of 5 years post basic and proven leadership and/or people management
• experience within healthcare (including clinical competence in renal).
• Good knowledge and understanding of labour legislation, financial and change
• management principles.
• Previous management experience on a regional level will be advantageous.
• Computer Proficiency (MS Office) essential.
• Driver’s license and own transport a must.
