The complete implementation of all operational initiatives as per the NRC strategy.
Improvement of the financial performance of the area under your management i.e. business growth and resource management
Maintenance and the improvement of all stakeholder relationships in the in area under management.
Submission and utilisation of standard monthly business intelligence reports as per the business requirements.
Implementation and maintenance of all business policies and procedures (Including Risk Management) in all units under manager i.e. HR P&P’s, Payroll P&P’s, Financial P&P’s,OHS P&P’s, Procurement P&P’s etc.
Implementation and maintenance of all Staff Care initiatives in the units under management i.e. HR P&P’s and Initiatives, Succession Planning
Coaching of UL, Reward and Recognition, UL evaluation and PDP, Performance Management etc.
REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE:
Registration with the South African Nursing Council as a Registered Nurse/ Midwife or Registration with HPCSA as a Clinical Technologist (Independent Practice).
Relevant qualification in marketing or business would be an added advantage.
A minimum of 5 years post basic and proven leadership and/or people management
experience within healthcare (including clinical competence in renal).
Good knowledge and understanding of labour legislation, financial and change
management principles.
Previous management experience on a regional level will be advantageous.
