    Business Manager P&SS

    What You Can Expect

    • The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our end users and distributors, playing a key role in driving demand and enhancing our Product and Solutions Services (P&SS). This position involves managing sales responsibilities for assigned countries, overseeing product launches, and ensuring effective campaign management.

    Duties will include the following:

    • Generate demand among end users and distributors through training and sharing dedicated technical know-how on product applications.
    • Support new product launches by navigating the customer journey concept and Customer Life Cycle Planning (CLP).
    • Manage direct sales responsibility for assigned countries, including planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
    • Participate in local Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings and track product net sales, pricing, and volume strategies.
    • Propose and execute customer commercial conditions, campaigns, and target agreements.
    • Evaluate new market segments and develop Country Launch Plans for new products.
    • Manage local distributor and technical networks and relationships.
    • Develop sustainable business models for local key accounts, such as tolling bulk.
    • Report market, competitor, and customer developments in the CRM system.
    • Foster collaboration with the country crop organization and coordinate local internal functions, including sales, campaign management, and regulatory support.

    What You Offer

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Entomology, Biology, Agriculture, or Business Management
    • Minimum of 5 years of progressive relevant commercial experience
    • At least 3 years of experience in Product Management or Technical Management of biocides
    • Proven experience in product launches and key account management
    • In-depth knowledge of local market conditions and market drivers
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver accurate and timely business information
    • Strong emphasis on excellence and solution-oriented thinking
    • Understanding of how to influence and create demand for products
    • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
    • Fluency in English and the applicable local language
