Business Ops Analyst at Boardroom Appointments

Key purpose:

We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst able to efficiently support the operations of our lending product to ensure smooth Customer and Partner experiences. The ideal candidate is highly analytical with deep problem-solving capabilities.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Calculate and process offer restructures, settlement requests and rebates
• Efficiently resolve customer offer queries
• Monitor and ensure system hygiene
• Investigate system issues and track until resolution
• Build relevant monitoring dashboards
• Support Partner Qlikview reporting
• Liaise closely with Partner Operations teams
• Work closely with test team to test and approve new functionality before production

Qualifications and experience:

• IT Diploma preferrable or qualification in Operations or Technology
• 3 years in Business Operations
• Data Analytics using Power BI or MS Excel Foundation technical skills (Ability to understand a system and database)
• Ability to manage high-paced and agile environment
• Good communication skills written and verbal
• Ability to develop good working relationships with various stakeholders
• Excellent multitasking skills are advantageous
