    Business support Internship for Graduate

We are a stable team working with partners across channel landscape making sure every kid and shopper can get a desired LEGO set.     Core Responsibilities

    • Support the Sales and Operations team with product listings – providing logistic information, pricing, co-building of online product pages…
    • Support Operations team servicing our partners – opportunity to learn SAP system
    • Support team with market insights – visits of partners stores, reporting, proposal of improvements, elements of business intelligence reporting
    • Assist with various ad-hoc tasks within team
    • Full team membership and participation
    • Play your part in our team succeeding

    You will get a unique opportunity to understand ways of working in a successful international company working with all core departments – Sales, Operations and Marketing. You will be reporting directly to Country manager, having a chance to develop and implement theoretical experience into practice. You will receive firsthand experience and insight into a broad perspective of the LEGO organization, how it operates and gain exposure across the organization.

    Besides mentioned tasks, you will get the opportunity to learn and develop your skill set through coaching and mentoring with senior leaders (Director + Manager) within the LEGO South Africa team, build your understanding of culture and processes of an international company.

    Do you have what it takes?

    • Bachelor’s degree in a field like Business Management
    • Analytical and curious to tasks and challenges
    • Strong communication skills
    • Demonstrates a desire to learn and develop
    • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
    • Commitment of min. 30 hours pr. Week
    • Pro-active and gets energy from helping others
    • Passion for detail
