    Finance and ICT Administrator

    Job Description

    • The incumbent will be responsible for managing financial operations related to the ICT Department, overseeing software and hardware license management and renewals, and administering the ICT Service Desk. This role ensures compliance, cost-efficiency, and effective collaboration with ICT Team members to support business systems and user needs.
    • In addition, the successful candidate will work closely with all stakeholders and various vendors to ensure that the BKB Group operates efficiently across its systems, maintains financial and licensing compliance, and effectively leverages its software assets. The role further supports leadership in monitoring ICT-related financial reconciliation and contributes to the organization’s long-term strategy by aligning license management, service desk operations, and system support within a unified operating model.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Qualification in an industry-related field
    • Relevant Financial Diploma
    • At least 3 years’ experience as a Finance Clerk
    • Software license management
    • Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Intermediate level)
    • Syspro will be advantageous

    Job Description

    • BKB is currently seeking an experienced and reliable Commission Agent who will be responsible for the marketing of livestock and building of good relationships with clients. The incumbent will also be responsible for procurement of auctions, out-of-hand-transactions, assisting fellow colleagues at auctions and other ad hoc tasks. To ensure a positive image of the organisation through professional, effective and innovative services.

    QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE:

    • Grade 12 with atleast 3 years experience in a Livestock marketing environment or relevant Diploma/Degree is recommended.

    SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

    • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
    • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
    • Goal orientated
    • Analytical and problem solving skills
    • Effective verbal and listening communication skills
    • Time management skills
    • Good computer literacy
    • Decision-making skills
    • Must be fully bilingual and conversant in Afrikaans & English
    • Valid driver’s license

    Job Description

    • BKB is currently seeking an experienced and reliable Livestock Trainee Commission Agent/Loadmaster.  The successful candidate will be responsible for the receipt and offloading of livestock, as well as building pens, etc. Special stud auctions and to ensure that all auctions run smoothly. In addision, the candidate will also be responsible for the marketing of livestock, procurement of auctions, out-of-hand transactions and assisting their fellow colleagues at auctions.

    QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE:

    • Grade 12 with at least 3 years’ experience in Livestock marketing environment or Relevant Diploma/Degree is recommended
