• An award-winning UK firm of chartered accountants and tax advisors is looking to hire a Business Support & Outsourcing Graduate to work at their office in Cape Town.
• As a Business Support & Outsourcing Graduate, you'll provide accounting and compliance services, prepare financial statements, and support clients with valuable business insights. Alongside this, you will develop professionally while studying for the ACCA qualification.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work as part of clients’ outsourced finance teams, delivering accounting, compliance, and advisory services.
• Gain hands-on experience in bookkeeping, monthly/quarterly management accounts, VAT returns, and annual financial statements across multiple sectors.
• Study towards the internationally recognised ACCA qualification over a 3.5-year training contract.
• Develop client relationships, interpret business and sector insights, and provide value-added recommendations.
• Build skills in communication, time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Receive mentoring, guidance, and support from a line manager and buddy from day one.
• Participate in social events, networking opportunities, and team-building activities.
• Contribute to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and sustainability programs within the firm.
• Collaborate with Seniors, Managers, Directors, and Partners to gain exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

• BCom Accounting or Finance / Bachelor of Accounting / Honours in Accounting
• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
• Strong eye for detail with excellent organizational abilities.
