    Business Systems Coordinator - Nigel

    Job Description    
    Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in our Quality department. We are looking atalented individual with relevant skills and experience for a Business System Coordinator role, which is based in Nigel. The successful candidate will report directly to the SHEQ Manager in Nigel.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Align QESH goals and objectives with business strategy
    • Apply knowledge of the supply chain business processes and products
    • Track and advise the business on legal requirements
    • Ensure alignment between QESH systems
    • Apply WCM principles and practices to continuously improve quality systems
    • Interpret the system purpose and requirements within the business context
    • Plan and implement systems and changes
    • Maintain the system to ensure ongoing compliance, business value and sustainability
    • Co-ordinate and prepare for external audits
    • Lead internal system assessments
    • Conduct third party audits
    • Engage with internal customers to develop partnerships and capability
    • Engage with external customers, suppliers and other stakeholders
    • Manage own performance and development in a way that shapes a high performance, high engagement culture
    • Demonstrate behaviour which builds, maintains or enhances company reputation
    • Communicate professionally
    • Develop self awareness
    • Maintain health, safety and environment (HSE) standards
    • Implement safety, health and environmental legislation and procedures
    • Contribute to the management of SD issues to achieve key sustainable development target

    Skills, Experience & Education    

    • National Diploma in Food Technology
    • 2 years relevant experience in the Quality Management Field
    • Experience and implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSSC 22000, NOSA, KORE and e-Mark.
    • Excellent written & verbal communication ability in English.
    • Customer focus orientation
    • Good conflict handling skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills.
    • Excellent planning, organizing and judgment skills.
    • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications
