Requirements:

Education:

• B.Sc (QS) degree or equivalent qualification

Professional Registration:

• Current registration with SACQSP (South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession)

Experience:

• Minimum 8-10 years of professional consulting Quantity Surveying experience
• Principal Agent experience is highly advantageous
• Proven track record in property/construction project planning and execution

Technical Competencies Required

Software & Systems:

• Proficiency in Quantity Surveying software platforms
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite capabilities

Contract Knowledge:

• Extensive knowledge of JBCC contract documentation and full application
• In-depth understanding of construction contracts and administration
