Required core competencies:
A relevant degree-level IT qualification (a post-graduate qualification would be a big bonus- Leadership or Business Management)
IITPSA membership
Specialist certification in a relevant field (ITIL, TOGAF, Project Management)
At least 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in digital transformation
Knowledge of all components of holistic Enterprise Architecture, including the ability to estimate the financial impact of Enterprise Architecture alternatives
Experience in management leadership with effective interpersonal skills
Sound budgeting and financial management ability
Excellent reporting capabilities
You’ll stand out if you:
Have completed certification/ studies in Design Thinking, Product Development, Digital Transformation or similar
Can demonstrate a critical understanding of technical concepts such as Robotic Process Automation, Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Big Data, the Internet of Things, and Cognitive Computing and how they can be leveraged in transforming business models
Possess a high-performance mindset and the ability to play an advisory role at various levels in business
Are eager to foster a culture of digital innovation and continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation and the adoption of new digital solutions.
