Experience and Qualifications
Minimum Qualification - Relevant Degree in Business or Risk Management or related field
Experience - 3 to 5 years experience in a similar environment

Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs
Ensure work is completed within predefined standards with a focus on quality decision making
Plan, manage and forecast business outputs
Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own and employee development
Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes
Provide and execute on relevant training to achieve business objectives
Ensure process alignment with Client Desirability standards and procedures
Monitor and report on daily progress and reconciliation of operational tasks
Plan for value-added process improvements, initiatives and services to deliver on operational strategy and objectives and continuously review objectives and goals
Focus on providing optimal services and improving service delivery processes to meet or exceed customer expectations
