The Clinical Director: Governance and Quality is a strategic role which ensures systems and policies are in place and together with the Director: Clinical Services and the clinical team, ensures safety of clients and the quality of the programme’s clinical services across all channels. S/he manages both the Clinical Governance, Quality Assurance of the country programme. The Clinical Director: Governance and Quality aligns all clinical services of the country programme with the MSI Policy on Clinical Quality and Accountability. S/he works with other team leaders to ensure that all aspects of MSSA’s health service delivery processes comply with the standards as set by MSI and the South African government regulatory authorities.
