    Clinical Facilitator: Private Healthcare Experience

    The Role

    We're seeking a Clinical Facilitator, with an ICU Qualifaction and Private Hospital Experience, for a Nursing Agency with a large national footprint, at it's regional office in East London!

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Orientation, induction and evaluation of agency staff.
    • Up-skilling of staff
    • Troubleshooting and problem solving
    • Run workshops and assist with training
    • Assist with creative staffing solutions

    Desired Experience & Qualification:

    • Registered Nurse with current SANC registration
    • Minimum of 3 years post graduate experience
    • ICU qualification essential
    • Previous experience as a clinical facilitator an advantage
    • Recent Private Hospital experience essential
    • Drivers licence and own reliable transport
    • Willingness to work 42.4 hours/ week  including weekends and nights
    • Intermediate computer skills, including all Microsoft Office programmes (word, exel, email)
