    Cloud Solution Architect, Identity

    Responsibilities

    • Planning and delivering proactive and reactive support including onsite presence as needed (post Covid restrictions).
    • You will collaborate with a larger customer account team to fortify customer relationships and devise mobile-first, cloud-first strategies. Simultaneously, you'll engage with internal Microsoft support, account, product engineering, service engineering teams, and stakeholders to ensure streamlined and efficient customer support experience.
    • You will Identify and manage customer goals and SfMC opportunities across Identity and Access, Azure to improve the quality, consumption, and health of the customer’s solution.
    • You will actively drive proactive delivery management, identify performance issues, analyze problems, and lead initiatives to stabilize and optimize your customer's solution while applying and sharing learned lessons for continuous improvement in processes and delivery for both customers and peers.
    • You will engage in meetings with your customers and account teams to review Support for Mission Critical services, customer support issues, and articulate your Customer Success Plans.
    • Need to demonstrate the ability to develop strong strategic customer relationships that gain the trust and respect of customers and to handle critical technical issues and work in difficult support situations.

    Qualifications
    Minimum Qualifications

    Solid identity related experience with more than one of the following technologies:

    • Proficient in designing, implementing, and securing Active Directory, Entra ID, Active Directory Certificate Services and Active Directory Federation Services.
    • Capable of envisioning and deploying modern hybrid identity solutions, including Entra ID MFA, Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management, B2B, CIAM, Application Proxy, Access Management, Access Reviews, Identity Protection, Defender for Identity, just-in-time administration, passwordless authentication, and user self-service capabilities.
    • Proficient in Identity Security, encompassing CIS/SCM baselines, leveraging Microsoft Defender for Identity/Coud, Advanced Threat Analytics, and Azure Log Analytics. Additionally, adept in modern authentication protocols (OAUTH, OpenID Connect, SAML) and experienced in On-Prem protocols (NTLM/Kerberos Authentication) with a comprehensive grasp of their effective implementation.
    • Expertise in Identity management, coupled with proficiency in either Azure Infrastructure (including Azure Migrations, Networking, High availability setups, Azure Virtual Desktop) or Azure Security (covering Infrastructure Security, Azure Key Vault, Microsoft Sentinel, Defender for Cloud Apps) is invaluable. This comprehensive skill set enables adept handling of diverse Azure challenges and intricate cloud deployments.
    • Must demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills while working with diverse audiences including highly technical IT professionals, engineers, developers, and architects as well as executives and management professionals in both customer and Microsoft teams.

    Other Qualifications

    • As mentioned above, alongside proficiency in Identity, having knowledge in either Azure Infrastructure or Azure Security is advantageous. Further specifics regarding skill sets are highlighted below.

    Azure Infrastructure

    • Expertise in Azure Migrations from diverse platforms and proficient design skills for Azure Landing Zone/Cloud Adoption Framework.
    • Skilled in Azure Networking solutions like VWan Hub, Hub & Spoke Topology, Azure Express Route, coupled with designing high availability and disaster recovery features for IaaS components.
    • Extensive hands-on experience with Azure PaaS, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Microsoft Server products. Holds certifications in Microsoft and Cloud Technologies/Security, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of these technologies.

    Azure Security

    • Proficiency in Azure Security covering Infrastructure, Databases, Networking, and Virtual Machines.
    • Skilled in Azure Key Vault, Azure Security Center, Microsoft Sentinel, Defender for Cloud Apps, Defender for Identity, troubleshooting data logging and audit, security monitoring, and Azure Governance and Compliance.
    • Advanced Security Tools and Concepts: Understanding of Zero Trust Architecture, along with expertise in Advanced Hunting, Simulation Training, Threat Analytics, and Investigations, ensuring comprehensive security coverage and proactive threat management.
