Cluster Operations Manager at Puma Energy

Main Purpose:
The main purpose of the position is to:

• - Management and accountability of Operations activities for Puma in South Africa, Lesotho and eSwatini, including Transport

Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:
Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Take full charge of operations activities, including Transport, to ensure internal and external customers satisfactions: continuous site supply, On Time and In Full deliveries
• Manage the transport, throughput and hospitality contract for the Cluster
• Work closely with Supply team ensuring proper flexibility in resource deployment as practical as to match Supply constraints
• Work closely with Customer Services to be a solutions provider in a complex distribution environment
• Manage teams remotely in various locations with a strong leadership while being a good coach to improve individual performances towards highest collective customer satisfaction achievement goals
• Set smart dashboard and KPI to measure and demonstrate continuous improvement on operational excellence
• Review and simplify processes while ensuring their efficiencies and effectiveness
• Support B2B teams in countries on tenders while building technical trust in Client on Puma technical and operational capabilities.
