Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented leader to spearhead our commercial and operational functions. The Commercial Director will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth, developing and executing commercial strategies, managing key client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations as well.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
• Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, mentorship, and motivation.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Identify and analyze new market opportunities, developing go-to-market strategies.
• Oversee pricing strategy and ensure profitable sales growth.
• Streamline internal processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless integration.
• Manage performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in a commercial leadership role.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve ambitious goals.
• Experience with operational or commercial management in a promotional industry is a plus.
