Description
- The Commercial Manager establishes the optimal contractual framework and oversees its successful management, profitability and delivery of expected results.
- The incumbent leads and supports a team of professionals and upholds company standards whilst ensuring contractual and legislative compliance.
- The Commercial Manager leverages business analytics, networks and technology to optimise existing process flows and contracts and identifies avenues for new business.
- This person will have a strong contractual and compliance focus.
Requirements

Academic Qualification
- Tertiary Degree
Years of Experience
- 10 Years + Technical Experience
- 5 Years + Managerial Experience
Professional Registration and Statutory appointment
- ASAQS /MBA
- SA Council for the Quantity Surveying Professionals
