    Commercial Product Analyst

    About the Job

    • The Product Analyst is responsible for the ongoing operational support, development and maintenance of application offerings for the commercial functions in the business. In addition ensuring that these services and products are delivered to meet the business’ operational and strategic needs with a high level of customer satisfaction.

    Key Roles And Responsibilities

    • Provide end-to-end support and governance of business applications within the ABInBev Africa Zone
    • Investigate, assess and resolve user problems
    • Pro-actively drive effective resolution of system incidents and user problems
    • Ensure the application environment meets the needs of users through analysis of recurring incidents and problem management
    • Implement change and release management for business applications by ensuring that all changes are documented, tested and passed through the appropriate change authority for approval
    • Ownership of minor enhancements and bug fixes including the implementation thereof, ensuring that they follow the required processes and change control procedures
    • Ensure all processes and procedures are appropriately documented, and the procedures are adhered to.
    • Work with Product Owners to review and document business briefs/requirements and provide solution assessments.
    • Facilitate new project activities to add value in timely delivery of projects
    • Develop products and solutions to meet customer needs

    Profile

    • IT related B Degree, Diploma or business related qualification
    • Ability to facilitate workshops with business and IT representatives
    • Experience using data visualization tools such as PowerBI and PowerApps
    • Strong relationship management, communication and collaboration skills: effectively working with both technical and non-technical audiences
    • Good self management and interpersonal skills
    • Strong systems aptitude
    • Experience mapping data requirements to KPIs as part of agile projects
    • Logical and analytical thinker – able to translate into practical business solutions into functional requirements and document these
    • Ability to understand technical issues and how they impact on the business
    • A true self-starter, who dreams big, and is motivated by a challenging and fast-paced environment
    • Advantageous: SQL, Python, statistical packages, SAP PO
