Each commercial property manager looks after only +-40 tenants while the average for most other companies is +-200 tenants per property manager. This way, we can give each tenant a lot more time and attention and take better care of the properties. This gives property managers the time to make their jobs more meaningful and rewarding.

At Africrest we don’t "pigeonhole" property managers to specific roles, we rather give them the opportunity to manage all aspects of the property – Leasing, maintenance, operations, tenant billing, reporting, etc.
While experience is preferred, it is not a requirement, as ultimately, we prefer smart, capable candidates.
