Each commercial property manager looks after only +-40 tenants while the average for most other companies is +-200 tenants per property manager. At Africrest we don’t "pigeonhole" property managers to specific roles, we rather give them the opportunity to manage all aspects of the property – Leasing, maintenance, operations, tenant billing, reporting, etc.

While experience is preferred, it is not a requirement, as ultimately, we prefer smart, capable candidates.

The ideal candidate is an excellent problem solver.

Responsibilities:

• Liaising with tenants to help with their needs
• Assist contractors and service providers
• Market vacant spaces to potential tenants
• Solve maintenance requests
• Supervise on-site contractors and employees

Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• 1 - 3 years of property management experience is preferable, but not required, ultimately, we want smart people.
