Community Manager at Pet Heaven

• Manage and grow social media accounts.
• Manage social media performance ads and ensure ROI.
• Content creation for use online and offline through marketing channels.
• Source and engage with potential partners for lead generation and access to new potential clients.
• Engage and grow pet community stakeholders and PR relationships to ensure recommendation of Pet Heaven as the go-to site for pet food, accessories and information
• Sign up pet community stakeholders on the Pet Partner program to increase customer acquisition and brand awareness
• Engage and manage social and online influencers
• Setup and/or attend pet events and to grow Pet Heaven’s brand awareness and authority in the pet community
• Create content and/or engage with content creators / social influences to increase traffic, brand awareness and customer acquisition
• Be an active member of the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative marketing campaigns
• Assist with copywriting of digital communication assets such as social posts, banners, newsletters etc.

Requirements:

• MUST LOVE DOGS ?- preferably a dedicated Dog/Cat parent
• Degree/diploma in marketing/business/digital marketing/social media management/communication/PR or proven experience in a similar role
• 1-5 Years experience in a similar role
• Solid understanding of Facebook, Facebook Business Manager & Instagram
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Excellent written communication in English and natural storytelling skills
• Strong EQ with an outgoing personality and comfortable engaging with people on all levels
• Design/Video/Photography experience advantageous
• Experience with setting up events, meetups and networking advantageous
• E-commerce/retail experience advantageous
• SEO knowledge and experience are advantageous
• Flexible to work on some weekends/evenings depending on the events and job requirements
• Own transport - travel is expected from time-to-time to engage with the pet community
