The successful candidate will be responsible for successfully managing and overseeing multiple painting, roofing, and waterproofing projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Run projects, manage staff, do measurements and be responsible for cost management
Coordinate multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring that each project is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of the client or professional team
Requirements
National Diploma in Building or similar qualification in the built environment
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the construction industry
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor/Construction Manager/Project Manager/QS
Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, products, and processes in the industry
