Job Description

• This role works with and provides graphic design, and non-complex digital development services across digital marketing (Web, Social Media, Mobile and Digital marketing areas) for OMEM.
• The role works closely with the Design Manager, Developers, and Platform Editors and the team of graphic designers to achieve desired and agreed results.
• This role needs to understand and interpret the briefs, generate creative concepts, develop graphic directions for assigned briefs.
• This role designs and produces a wide variety of graphic/interface and/or illustrative material and is responsible for creating, publishing, as well as providing maintenance on customer facing web pages, mobile applications, social media, emails, and lead generation projects, etc.
• Gives input into the design strategy for all digital (web, mobile and social media) environments and applications. Delivers contracted assignments/briefs. Delivers creative solutions that adhere to the digital strategy, and are compliant with brand strategy and use of trademark governances. Collaborates and engage with internal and external stakeholders needed to deliver on briefs. Works within governance and guidelines and rules for all digital environments and applications. Works within governance and guidelines regarding technical usability. Undertakes production of digital design work for all environments and applications that will meet the brief and achieve outcomes including drive traffic, generate leads, increase customer acquisition, engagement, retention and revenue. Works with colleagues across OMEM marketing to ensure that the digital presence and traditional marketing strategy and activity is integrated and leverages off one another. Implements governance and policies across OMEM to ensure that all digital design activities are compliant to agreed protocols, standards and rules.
