Develop a comprehensive localized strategy to drive creator development and growth pipeline for the music vertical, with a focus on PGC/PUGC (top creators, publishers).
Work with global vertical team in resource management, as well as rollout out of music content vertical strategies adapting local insights.
Work with Local Head of Ops to define unique content verticals to suit local market needs.
Lead local content partnership teams to acquire, on board, and foster strong relationships with music content partners.
Track, analyze and drive to optimize the performance of local content partners.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of music industry experience.
Experience in influencer marketing, and media, familiar with local music culture and Internet development trends.
In-depth domain knowledge of the music content vertical.
Existing relationships with both a network of top music content creators, musicians, labels, and music content partners to lead toward partnership.
Strong organization skills to engage multiple teams in alignment and workflow.
