Contract Manager at Macdonald & Company

Summary:

In this position you will need to manage sub-contractors on-site, ensure quality service is delivered, find and action workable solutions to minimize delays, and drive your construction team to complete within time and on budget.

To apply you will need:

• A degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management or related field.
• At least 5 years' experience in the completion of luxury residential or leisure construction projects.
• Have a hands-on and pro-active approach.
• Willing to work on a 6 month contract basis.
