Controller (Junior) - 3 Month Contract at Kelly

The Role

We're seeking a Credit Controller (Junior) – 3 Month Contract, Stellenbosch to provide administration and general support to the accounts receivables team in order to optimize strategies for customer improvement and for effective business operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Sending out of electronic statements, invoices, and credit notes
• Capturing incoming calls on the GetPaid system
• Refer SAP changes to be made on SAP to Team Leader
• Transfer calls to Controllers for further resolution
• Scanning and filing documentation of customers to maintain the master data system
• Sending out of electronic statements, invoices and credit notes

• Refer SAP changes to be made on SAP to Team Leaders
• C.O.D needs to be cleared on a daily basis. Incorrect clearing that needed to be reverse
• Send complaints to Accounts, Deliveries, Logistics, and Fridges
• Send detail to customers that have landed in the controllers and Admin Department
• Resolve request from Internal Departments, such as Controllers and Admin Departments
• Contact customer to inform them of outcome

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Matric Certificate with Accounting
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience in a financial administrative position
• Minimum 1 year Shared Service Centre/Customer Interaction Centre experience
• Get Paid, SAP and Salesforce system knowledge is advantages
• Must live in or have family in Stellenbosch

Package & Remuneration

• R57 per hour
