Conveyancing / Deeds Typist – Bloemfontein, Free State at FS Personnel Recruitment

Salary & Benefits:

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30 (30-minute lunch break)
• Friday: 08:00 – 16:00 (no lunch break away from desk)

Desired experience and qualifications:

• Matric
• Previous experience as a Conveyancing / Deeds Typist is essential
• Experience with transfers will be advantageous
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Professional communication skills
• Computer literate

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

• Typing and preparing conveyancing documents
• General conveyancing administration
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, banks and the Deeds Office
• Preparing and checking legal documentation
• Following up on outstanding documentation and registrations
• Ensuring all files are processed accurately and within required timeframes
