As a Cordant Solutions Sales Manager, you will be involved in long-term planning and contribution to the overall sales strategy of your team. In a high-impact, ever-changing environment, you’ll integrate and develop processes to meet business needs, delivering successful project outcomes.
As a Sales, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing bids and contracts to support the delivery of Cordant services and solutions
- Conducting Sales forecasting activity and revenue achievement in Salesforce to maintain transparency in activity and the health of the sales pipeline
- Looking to extend existing client relationships at both the site and corporate level through well rounded account management activities
- Acting as the liaison with a key group of select clients, ensuring that all client questions, concerns, or requests, are relayed to the appropriate individual or department and managed through to conclusion
- Consulting with clients on business issues and seek appropriate solutions/support
- Networking and developing relationships with prospects & key industry stakeholders
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics, Business Administration and/or Engineering
- Have 6+ years of experience in success selling hardware, software and Asset Performance management solutions
- Have experienced in managing the entire sales cycle, particularly in closing complex sales
- Have demonstrable track record of success in meeting & over-achieving sales targets (conversion rates & financial)
- Demonstrate expertise in Sales with a background in Oil and Gas, Chemical or Energy
- Demonstrate previous experience in sales or account management or similar client-facing role
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and non-verbal communication skills for preparing proposals, conducting meetings, answering sales/customer questions and writing/explaining technical aspects
