You will be the global point of Contact for the creative expression of Sanofi’s employer brand and will be the liaison between the talent and brand team
Establish and implement global guidelines for Sanofi’s employer branding marketing campaigns that maintain consistency and align with deliverables of the talent strategy and overall branding architecture
Enable our EB, Comms, TA, Influencer communities globally to amplify Sanofis presence in the employment market by activating employer brand content through evergreen design collateral and toolkits on the employer brand portal.
Bring to life our global EB social media content strategy through design
Create visually compelling marketing and brand assets to support employer branding internal and external marketing efforts
Develop innovative concepts and designs for digital deliverables within the brand standards
Managing vendor. contractor or agency relationships for Employer branding design activations
Build frameworks to ensure creative expression governance for all Employer branding initiatives /collateral across Sanofi
Ensure quality control during the production and printing stages, establishing requirements for the quality of design implementation
Partner with our Eb content manager, Global brand and comms team, Employer brand network to develop new on-brand concepts and ideas
Work with key stakeholders across the company to analyze the performance of creative design and experiment with data-driven solutions that help meet business goals (specifically conversion and brand awareness)
About You
Experience:
Proven record of building Multichannel design collateral (digital /social media and print)– graphic /visual/content design.
Have led agencies or contractors to manage design as and when needed.
Projects and resource management in dynamic, matrix environments.
Soft skills: Transversal collaboration, influencing, leading through others, strategic thinking, skilled communicator
Technical skills: Seasoned graphic /content designer - Figma, Adobe creative cloud ninja (Illustration, InDesign, Photoshop etc), Motion Graphics and Animation are a big plus!
Education: Graphic Design, Graphic communications or any relevant design and visual arts fields
Languages: High proficiency in English – verbal and written
