Creditor Clerk - JHB at Cargo Compass SA

Requirement 

• Years’ Experience: 1 year plus.
• Matric
• Computer Literate
• Good Telephone Etiquette
• Own Reliable Transport
• Strong written and verbal command of the English language
• Good Organisational Skills
• Good Numeracy and Excel Skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy required
• Work Independently
• Deadline driven

Responsibilities

• Capture all costs accurately
• Make payment within critical time deadli
• Analyse creditors age and investigate all outstanding
• Correctly capture all authorized vendor invoices on a daily basis including the respective VAT.
• Follow up on unauthorized invoices regularly.
• Produce aged outstanding order listings and query older outstanding orders with the relevant Business Unit.
• Maintain an up-to-date unmatched invoice listing with a diary of actions taken.
• Ensure that all invoices are filed correctly on a monthly basis.
• Perform respnsibilities allocated in terms of year-end program
• Deal with supplier queries in a courteous, efficient and timely manner.
